Wrap a tape measure around your knuckles (the widest part of your hand). Start at the edge of your pinky finger to the edge of your index finger (excluding your thumb) and around the backside of your hand. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up, depending on your fit preference.

7 1/2 inches: size medium
8 inches: size large
8 1/2 inches: size extra large
